Vidding Bootcamp 2023

This year, DC-Slash will once again be running our Vidding Bootcamp! Aaronantium will be teaching two courses from May 5 - July 2. 

In order to accomadate as many time zones as he can, there will be three live 1.5 hour sessions per course spread out on Fridays and Sundays. These will be done in zoom, and the link to the zoom will be posted in google classroom the courses run through and a discord channel on the DC-Slash server.

The Beginner Course will have sessions on Fridays at 16:00 EDT, and Sundays at 11:00 and 21:00 EDT.

The Advanced Course will have sessions on Fridays at 11:00 and 21:00 EDT, and Sundays at 16:00 EDT.

The course focuses on DaVinci Resolve, a free program that works on all operating systems (although it can be a little fussy with Linux). While DaVinci has a paid version, you aren't required or recommended to buy it for this course. The purpose of this course is to try and make vidding more accessible - hiding a paywall inside the program choice would be counterintuitive. If you have your own program instead of DaVinci, Aaron can help with a few different ones and some of the information given will be applicable to all programs.
